Creator Agreement

The deal between Eich and the creators who promote and sell on it.
Who this is for
This agreement is for creators who post on Eich, share products, and earn when people buy through them. The Terms of Service also apply to you.
Your content
You keep ownership of what you post. You give Eich permission to show it on the website and apps, and to use it to promote Eich and the products in it.
Only post what you have the right to post. Be honest: say so when a brand has given you something or is paying you.
Commission
When someone buys a product through you, you earn a commission. The rate is set by the product or the brand. Eich keeps a share of that commission. The current numbers are shown in your portal under 'How you get paid'.
You don't earn commission on things you buy yourself.
Getting paid
All amounts are in Ugandan shillings (UGX). Your commission becomes yours a short time after the order is delivered. If the order is returned and refunded, the commission is taken back. You ask for a payout from your earnings.
Ending the agreement
You can stop at any time. Eich can suspend or close a creator account that breaks this agreement, posts harmful content, or tries to cheat the commission system.
