Returns Policy

When you can send something back, and how you get your money back.
7-day returns
You can ask to return most items within 7 days after they are delivered to you. Ask from your order page.
Items must come back in the condition you got them, with tags and packaging where possible.
What can't be returned
For health and hygiene reasons, some items can only be returned if they are faulty — for example cosmetics, underwear and other items that come sealed. The product page or your order will tell you when this applies.
How it works
After you ask, Eich arranges to collect the item. When it reaches us we check it. If it passes the check, we refund you.
If something you ordered arrives broken or wrong, tell us as soon as you can and we will put it right.
How you get your money back
Refunds go back to the payment method that paid for the order — for example the same mobile money number. We don't refund in cash or as store credit instead.
Refunds are in Ugandan shillings (UGX). How long the money takes to arrive depends on your payment provider.
