What Eich is

Eich is an online marketplace based in Uganda. Brands and creators list products, and shoppers buy them. Eich runs the website and apps, takes payments, and helps get orders delivered.

By creating an account or using Eich, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use Eich.

Your account

Give us true details when you sign up, and keep your password to yourself. You are responsible for what happens on your account.

You must be old enough to make a contract where you live. Some products are only for adults, and we may ask you to confirm your age.

We can pause or close an account that breaks these rules, cheats other people, or puts anyone at risk.

Prices and payments

All prices on Eich are in Ugandan shillings (UGX). The price you see at checkout, including delivery, is the price you pay.

We only start working on an order after it has been paid for. Payments go through the payment methods shown at checkout.

Orders and delivery

When you place an order, you are buying from the brand or creator who listed the product. Eich takes the payment and helps deliver it to you or to an Eich pickup point.

Delivery times shown on Eich are our best estimate, not a promise. We will tell you if something goes wrong with your order.

Returns and refunds

Our Returns Policy explains when you can send something back and how you get your money back. It is part of these terms.

Things you must not do

Don't sell or post anything illegal, fake, stolen or harmful. Don't copy other people's photos or work without permission. Don't try to break, overload or trick the platform.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. When we make a change that matters, we will tell you and may ask you to agree again before you keep using Eich.

These terms are governed by the laws of Uganda.
