Seller Agreement
Version: draft-2026-10-13
The deal between Eich and the brands and vendors who sell on it.
Who this is for
This agreement is for brands and vendors who list and sell products on Eich. It sits on top of the Terms of Service and the Returns Policy, which also apply to you.
Your listings
You must own, or be allowed to sell, everything you list. Photos, descriptions and prices must be true. Keep your stock count up to date so shoppers don't buy things you don't have.
Some kinds of products need Eich's approval before you can publish them, and some can't be sold on Eich at all.
Fees
Eich keeps a fee on each sale you make. The current fee, and how and when you get paid, is shown in your portal under 'How you get paid'. We will tell you before a fee changes.
If a creator helped sell your product, the creator earns a commission on that sale as set on the product or your brand.
Getting paid
All amounts are in Ugandan shillings (UGX). Money from a sale becomes yours a short time after the order is delivered, so there is time for problems to show up. You then ask for a payout from your earnings.
If an order is refunded, the money for that order is taken back from your earnings.
Orders and returns
Prepare paid orders on time and hand them over to Eich as agreed. Accept returns that follow the Returns Policy.
Ending the agreement
You can stop selling at any time. Eich can suspend or close a seller account that breaks this agreement or puts shoppers at risk. Orders already paid for must still be completed or refunded.
